Seating division came into existence in April 2021 with the completion of amalgamation of Harita Seating Systems Ltd with Minda Indistries Ltd, Harita had commenced operations in 1988. Since it’s inception, the company has various milestones to it’s credit in all the segments where it operates.

The company’s subsidiary, Harita Fehrer Limited is a joint venture between Minda Industries Ltd and F.S Fehrer Automotive GmbH, one of the market leaders in automotive foam business in Germany, Europe.
